Quick Start
Build a short movie scene by scene: storyboard the idea, create a still, animate it, then preview or export the result.
Movie Studio is the VideoBrainstorm product. Its core loop is Storyboard -> Still -> Motion. World references, My Styles, and Notes are optional tools for continuity and direction.
Make your first movie
- Open Movie Studio. Sign in, complete product access if needed, and add keys for the image and motion models you plan to use in Settings.
- Build the storyboard. Add or rename scenes and keep each one focused on a single beat. Use Notes for story, dialogue, and continuity details.
- Choose a direction. Optionally apply a starter or personal My Style for reusable look, camera, lighting, motion, and exclusions.
- Create a still. Select a scene, stay on Still, describe the shot, optionally attach up to three World references, then generate the keyframe.
- Create motion. Switch the same scene to Motion, describe what changes in the shot, optionally choose a camera move, then generate from the selected still.
- Review the cut. Choose the still and motion version that belongs on each scene. Preview film plays the selected motion takes in storyboard order.
- Export. Export storyboard backup downloads the selected stills, selected motion takes, prompts, and a manifest in one ZIP.
First still prompt:
Wide night exterior of a corner cafe in warm rain, one cyclist arriving under amber practical light, cinematic 35mm texture
Optional continuity tools
- World: generate or upload Cast, Location, and Look & feel references. Select the version you want, then attach it only to scenes that need it.
- My Styles: apply reusable look, camera, lighting, movement, and exclusion rules without changing the scene brief.
- Notes: keep markdown notes with the movie. Notes autosave, but they are not silently added to generation prompts.
- Camera moves: choose Dolly in, Orbit left, Track right, Crane up, Handheld, or Locked, then review the added direction before generating motion.
- Costs: check the estimate when a verified rate is available; otherwise the run says Not tracked. Provider invoices remain the billing source of truth.
Get the still right before spending on motion. Motion always starts from the selected keyframe for that scene.
